We are a contemporary specialty coffee shop passionate about delivering high-quality coffee and Oaxacan chocolate drinks to our customers. We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Barista with excellent customer service to join our team! Minimum Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service.

  • Strong passion for coffee and the craft of brewing.

  • At least one year of barista experience.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Capability to stand for extended periods.

  • Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and inventory management.

  • Proficiency in preparing and serving beverages according to recipes.

  • Ability to prepare light food items.

  • Commitment to maintaining cleanliness (including dishwashing, sweeping, mopping, and taking out the trash).

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.

  • Knowledge of safe and sanitary food handling practices.

  • Food handler certification.

  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

  • Must be willing to travel for pop-up events and work at our upcoming location (Arts District).
