  • Proficiency in espresso preparation, milk steaming, and drink quality.

  • Support kitchen operations by preparing light breakfast items as needed.

  • Create, test, and refine coffee recipes to support seasonal and core menu offerings

  • Monitor inventory levels, including coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, and place orders as needed.

  • Ability to lead shifts, delegate tasks, and support daily opening and closing procedures.

  • Dependable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling, including weekends and holidays as needed.

  • Basic cash handling, POS system, and inventory support experience preferred.

  • Support in-store training initiatives to enhance staff skills and knowledge, including updating them on new procedures or menu items.

  • Assist with in-store events, video and photoshoots, promotions, or special activities as needed.

  • Help with store promotions or other marketing efforts if required.

  • Ability to travel for pop-ups and special events and work at any future location.

  • Knowledge of safe and sanitary food handling practices.

  • Food handler certification

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
